Olivia Aronson, LSW (She/her)
Hi, my name is Olivia Aronson!
From an early age, I felt a strong calling to help others navigate life’s challenges—and that calling has only grown stronger throughout my personal and professional journey. I’m passionate about creating a warm, open, and non-judgmental environment where individuals feel truly seen and supported. To me, there’s nothing more fulfilling than using my knowledge to help others live more meaningful, empowered lives. I believe every client is unique, and I personalize each session to reflect their individual goals and needs.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Chicago Crown Family School of Social Work, and my Bachelor’s in Social Work (BSW) from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. I integrate a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I have experience working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, social anxiety, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and trauma.
Outside of work, I love to spend quality time with my family and friends. I enjoy practicing yoga and going on walks with my sweet yellow lab, Lovie!
Olivia Aronson is currently accepting new clients.
