Mallory Bizeau, LSW (She/her)

Hi, my name is Mallory!

From a young age and various personal experiences with mental health, I have become passionate in creating a career towards helping others. I am dedicated to helping my clients succeed and overcome life challenges. My goal is to establish a non-judgmental and safe environment for individuals while building a strong therapeutic relationship. My work is strength based and tailored to each clients unique needs.

After growing up in the Chicago suburbs, I attended the University of South Florida. I graduated with honors earning a Bachelor in Psychology and Masters in Social Work. I am now a Licensed Social Worker.

I have many years of experience in a private practice setting, working individually with children, adolescents and young adults. I have a strong background treating anxiety, depression, obsessive related disorders, attention deficit disorders and managing life stressors. While working with children, I value the importance of working alongside parents. I tailor to each individuals needs by integrating various evidence based treatment modalities. These models include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

When I am not at work, I love spending time with my fur baby! I have an orange tabby cat named Phoebe. I enjoy traveling when I can, mostly to tropical destinations. While in Chicago, you can find me at the nearest coffee shop with an iced latte!
