The Executive Functioning Skills Group for ADHD is a 12-week, closed group for adults, and this group is expected to start on January 21, 2026. This group will use an evidence-based approach to learn core skills of executive functioning. Topics include organization, planning, problem-solving, managing overwhelming tasks, managing distractibility, improving your attention span, and procrastination management. We also provide education about ADHD and implement adaptive thinking skills.

This group will be led by Kyla Kachman, LCSW, and two of DASC’s social work students, Molly German and Kimberly Joseph. We are in-network with BCBS, Aetna, UHC/Optum, and Medicare and offer a sliding scale reduced rate.
