(A-DBT) Skills Group

Virtually on Wednesdays from 5:00pm-6:00pm

Are you ready to take your DBT Skills to the next level?! The Advanced DBT Skills Group is designed for individuals who have already completed all four modules of DBT skills (emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, and mindfulness) either at DASC or elsewhere, and feel that they have a good grasp of the skills.

This group is a good fit for those who feel that they know the basics of DBT skills and want to deepen their understanding and application of skills and learn additional DBT skills that are not covered in the standard skills group. This group will involve supporting other group members in their use of skills, as well.

Please note: Interested members must have completed all four modules of a DBT Skills Group (at DASC or elsewhere) prior to joining. If you are new to DBT, we’d be happy to help you get started in one of our standard DBT skills groups prior to joining this group!
