In addition to therapy services, we also provide thorough evaluations for diagnostic clarification, learning disorders and ADHD for children, adolescents and adults. We can help with accommodations for school or standardized tests and help with linkage to needed services. Contact us with any questions about assessment services, or to schedule an appointment.
We are in-network providers for Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO, Aetna PPO, Tricare and Medicare. We will perform a benefit check and inform you of any out of pocket costs for these insurance plans. Your co-pays and other out-of-pocket costs are due at the time of service.
We accept all other major insurance plans as out-of-network providers. While we are willing to assist you in the process of being reimbursed for services, payment is due at the time of service. Please bring a check, cash, or credit card to each appointment to cover your costs.
We strongly recommend you call the number on your insurance card to verify your benefits before your first visit.
